We require proof of purchase in order to issue a replacement.
You must contact us to receive an exchange authorization form and instructions that detail the process. Items sent to us without prior approval or an exchange authorization number will not be processed. You will receive pre-paid shipping to send your item(s) in for an exchange with your authorization.
